BCheck before quoting
- USB: both cameras list USB 2.0, driver-free; the LiDAR connects through its included UART-to-USB adapter board. Confirm the driver on your host OS.
- Ethernet: the RK3588 edge box lists Ethernet and HDMI; cameras and LiDAR connect to a host over USB or serial. Tell us how your robot computer is networked.
- Serial: the D500 LiDAR outputs over UART, with a USB adapter board included. Confirm the serial settings your controller supports.
- Not decided: describe your robot computer and we propose a connection plan to confirm together.
- Indoor: note the lighting, any glass or reflective floors, and the narrowest passage.
- Outdoor: no outdoor or IP rating is published for these four products. Describe the conditions; we confirm before quoting.
- Indoor and outdoor: list both conditions. Outdoor use is confirmed per product before quoting.
- Evaluation: start from a sample and agree what it must show.
- Pilot: agree acceptance criteria before the sample or POC starts.
- Batch or deployment: quantity, packaging, lead time and destination are confirmed per order.
- Requested timing: 1–3 months. Availability and lead time are confirmed in the quotation.
